Thanks for stopping by! A little about me - my name is Meghan and I am a Registered Nurse living in New Zealand on Auckland's North Shore. I am a mother of three girls, a passionate follower of Jesus, and a committed Primary Health Care Nurse. I have this spark inside my heart for Ethiopia, so i'm going there as part of a medical mission with International Medical Relief for a short trip in August 2018.
I've started this blog as a mind-space for the lead up to the trip, and to document what I see and do and learn. This is a place to read more about what I am doing and why I am doing it, as well as following the journey in the lead up to my trip to Africa. I process everything through writing, so this is just a natural way for me to unpack things.
You can read about Ethiopia and about my heart to respond to a God-given invitation, the wrestle with the decision and the excitement of fundraising and developing more of an awareness about a whole different world.
Thank you for visiting and for supporting me on this mission. Please share the link to my blog in any capacity you can!
